How does ShopInChina work?
- Open ShopInChina website to fill out the form giving the information of the goods you’re interested in purchasing from China. Attach as detailed information you have as possible such as goods name/picture/size/color/quantity/etc.
- Our staff will get in touch with you to clarify the details of your requirements. Once it’s cleared, we will get back to you within 2 or 3 working days with our best offers with all materials from different Chinese manufacturers along with final euro prices which cover all possible costs for you.
- Once you make decision on which option you would go for, we will prepare a proforma invoice for you to do the final checking.
- We take deposit through international banking. Once we receive the prepayment, we will start processing your order.
- Before the order is ready, we will do the quality check and send actual goods pictures for you to check.
- Arrange the shipping through whichever transportation method you choose.
- Take care of the export and import declarations both in China and EU including land transportation.
- Our customs clearance agent will get in touch with you before the goods arrive to the country of destination for Duty + VAT taxes to be paid on your side.
- Once goods are cleared at the customs, we will deliver your cargo to your designated location.

How quickly will I receive the ordered goods?
Depending on the actual order content, you will be given an estimated lead time. It varies due to the manufacturer situation/transportation method/shipping arrangements. But we guarantee you will be given the best combined solution.
Do I have to pay any additional fees when the product arrives in Europe?
Yes, when your product arrives in Europe, it’s important to note that you will be subject to additional fees. Customs duties and VAT taxes are not included in the initial purchase and will need to be covered on your side. These charges are imposed by the customs authorities and vary based on the nature and value of the goods. Since we provide customs code also known as HS code in our initial commercial offer, it’s recommended for you to check local customs regulations to understand the specific fees that may apply to your imported products.
How will you deliver my shipment?
Depending on the customer’s needs we can provide sea/rail/air transportation straight to your door steps.
Can I get an offer for several items at once?
If you are interested in more than one item and want to receive a joint offer, add an additional link when filling out the price request. You can add additional links by clicking on the “Add another item” button. Up to XX unique product references can be added per query form.
If you want to receive separate bids for goods of interest, make separate requests for each item.
Where can I add additional information – the size, color, etc. of the item – when filling out the request?
